THE Mark degree haa just been revived in Weston-super-Mare , and what waa known , some years since , aa the United Artillery , Engineer , and Rifle Volunteer Lodge of Mark Master Masons , No . 120 , baa been resuscitated with the title of tbe R . C . Else Lodge . Lodgea of Emergency have been held during the past month , aud , upwards of a dozen recruits joining the relics of the old Lodge

there is every indication of the degree beooming as popular in the district as in other parts of the country , more especially as the Provineial Grand Treasurer of Craft Masonry ( Bro . 0 . L . F . JEdwards ) haa kindly come to the front , and undertaken the steering of the newly-built Mark barque throngh all preliminary obstacles . On

Wednesday afternoon , the 15 th ult ., the ceremony of installation was to have been performed by Bro . R . C . Else the P . G . M . ; but , in his unavoidable absence , the duties of Installing Master were impressively performed by Bro . Elworthy , assisted by Bro . Rodway . Suboequently , the W .
