THE annual meeting of this Prov . G . Mark Lodge was held on the 25 th ult ., at the Masonic Hall , Jackson Street , Gateshead . The Provincial Grand Master Eev . Canon Tristram , D . D ., presided , and was supported by Bro . E . B . Eeed Deputy Prov . G . M . M ., and other distinguished members of his Province .

The report of the Committee of General Purposes was satisfactory , and was adopted on the motion of Bro . E . B . Eeed D . P . G . M ., seconded by Bro . Thomas Purvis . The roll of the Lodges was called , when the several Masters gave reports , which showed an increase in members generally .
