A GENEEAL COUET of the Governors and Subscribers of this Institution will be held at Freemasons' Hall , Great Queen Street , Lincoln ' s Inn Fields , London , on Thursday , the 10 th clay of January 1895 , at Twelve o'clock precisely , on the General Business of the Institution , to place Candidates on the list for the Election in April next , to declare the number of Girls then to be elected , and to consider Notice of Motion as under : — NOTICE OF MOTION . Patron : — " That in consideration of her long service on the Staff of the Institution , commencing as Pupil Teacher on the 20 th November 1851 , and after serving as Assistant School Mistress ancl Assistant Governess , filling the office of Sub-Matron of the Junior School from the 1 st January 1881 , to the present time , at a salary of £ 80 per annum ( with Board and Eesidence ) , a period in all of 43 years , Miss Mary Ann Kernot bo allowed on her retirement a pension of i"G 0 per annum .
