MASONIC HALL AT EAST GRINSTEAD .
OUE contemporary , the " Horsham Times , ' gives a representation of the latest addition to the many buildings in East Grinstead which bear testimony to the public spiritedness of its inhabitants , in the form of a Masonic Hall . The carving of the panels has yet to be done , but in all other respects the Hall is now complete , and was used by the Brethren for the first time in a
finished state on Tuesday . The elegant structure has been erected by Mr . H . Young , from plans by Mr . H . B . Matthews , of the firm of J . D . Matthews and Son , and both designing and building are a credit to those concerned . The foreground has been laid out by Messrs . J . J . Wallis and Sons . For their
handsome and permanent home the Brethren oi the Saokville Lodge are mainly indebted to their present Worshipful Master Bro . F . J . Budd-Budd , whose generosity is deeply appreciated over the
whole Province , and to whose kindness and urbanity the building will , long stand as a memorial , remarks our contemporary . From the drawing published we should imagine the Hall to be a very pretty little building .
