The Worshipfnl Master then proposed that a letter of condolence be sent to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales Most Worshipful Grand Master , on tho sad bereavement caused by the death of his brother , Bis Royal Highness the Dnke of Albany ; this vvas seconded by Bro .
