WEST LONDON ELECTION ASSOCIATION .
THE general meeting of the West London Masonic Election Association was held at the Town Hall Tavern , Kensington , on Thursday , 4 th inst ., and was numerously attended . Bro . W . Fisher A . G . P . was unanimously voted to the chair of President , in the unavoidable absence of Bro . W . Hillier P . M .
Bro . Craggs P . M .. the worthy Treasurer dwelt at some length on the great influence the Association had attained in the district , not only in concentrating the voting facilities , but also gathering in man ) ' votes that through forgetfulness would be lost . He urged all present to endeavour to get Brethren they were acquainted with to join .
Bro . Arthur Williams Secretary stated that the Association was in a healthy and flourishing condition , and he trusted they would continue to be as fortunate with their candidates for the Institutions as in the past . He proposed a vote of thanks to Bro . Fisher for presiding , which was unanimously carried .
Bro . John A . Collings Organist of the Playgoers Lodge , No . 2705 , and the popular pianist of many London Lodges and Societies , announces his annual concert for Monday next , the 15 th inst , at the Suffolk Street Galleries , Pall Mall East , S . W ., when a splendid array of talent will appear .
Bro . Collings is so well known to London Brethren that we need hardly recommend him to their kindly consideration ; but we hope they will rally round him , and that the result of the concert will be as satisfactory as the programme provided .
