A dispensation has been obtained from H . R . H . the Prince of Wales Grand Master , for Brethren to appear in Craft or Royal Arch Clothing and Jewels . Morning dress will be worn .
The Very Worshipful Brother the Venerable Archdeacon Stevens Past Grand Chaplain of England will deliver the address , while the duties of Director of Ceremonies will be carried out by Bro . J . R . Johnson P . P . S . G . D . Essex . The musical
