of Wales is to love her , and certainly when the English nation looked ou Her Royal Highness tbey loved her , and have loved her ever since . BROTHER EDGAR BOWYER .

THR death of this well known Mason occurred this ( Friday ) morning . Ifc was only last night we heard thafc a sudden illness which had overtaken Brother Bowyer had assumed a serious aspect , and now we have juafc received a telegram announcing his demise . ]

The final meeting of the Board of Stewards of the recent Festival of the R > yal . Vlasouic Bjne ^ oleot Institution was

heU at Freemasons' Hall , on the 9 th instant , when the accounts were examined , passed , and ordered to hi settled . Vofcos of thanks to the Chairmm for presiding , as well as to the various Officers , were agreed to unanimously .

The lads at the Masonic School at Wood Green appear to be making a name for themselves in the football world , although it may be added ifc is only during the past season thafc the School has really devoted itself to the game .

During the present term five matches have been played ; two of these were won by the representatives of the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys , two were lost , and the other

resulted in a draw , both sides scoring two goals . The most enjoyable match was thafc played on fche 25 th ult ., between the R . M . B . I . first eleven and a team of Old Boys , who were defeated by 8 to 0 .
