Z . is attending the Boys Festival , and the H . the Old Peoples , the Chapter appointed Comp . S . G . Bonner to represent them at the Boys School Festival in June—the M . E . Z , gladly giving way as far as the Chapter is concerned .
The members afterwards dined under the presidency of the M . E . Z . After a capital dinner the usual toasts were honoured , the harmony of the evening being increased by the efforts of Comps . Randall , Wyer , Sinclair , Smith , Bonner , Barton , and Fitch .

SPECIAL arrangements have been made by the Great Western Railway to cater for the number of excursionists who may be expected to journey to and from the West of England for the Christmas holidays . All next week cheap third class return tickets will be issued from Paddington , and other London stations of the Company , to Bath , Bristol , Taunton , llfracombe ,
Exeter , Torquay , Plymouth , Falmouth , Penzance , Yeovil , Dorchester , Weymouth , & c , while on Thursday and Friday , 23 rd and 24 th inst ., cheap tickets ( 25 s return ) will be issued to Guernsey and Jersey . These special tickets are available by all trains , while numerous excursions will also be run , particulars of which may be obtained form the Stations and Offices of the Company .
