M . having returned thanks to the Lodge and brethren for the way in which he had been supported by them in acting as Steward for the Old People , intimated that it wonld give him great plearure to represent them again on the occasion of the Boys' Festival , it being his intention to act as Steward for that Institution . The brethren and Visitors ( of whom there were a good number ) afterwards sat down to a very excellent banquet , which was

served in the good old style of this ancient hostelry . The W . M ., in proposing the toast of the Most Worshipful Grand Master the Prince of Wales , expressed the pleasure it gave him to do so , especially on this occasion , it being the twenty-first anniversary of hia Eoyal Highness ' s wedding day . A telegram was forwarded during the evening to Marlborough House from the W . M . and brethren , congratulating his Eoyal Highness on the happy recurrence , to which the following reply was received : —

This was carried unanimously . Bro . Binokes , in his usual effective manner , acknowledged the compliment , and paid a high tribute of praise to the working of the Lodge . After routine business , the Lodge was closed .
