M ., in proposing the toast of the Most Worshipful Grand Master the Prince of Wales , expressed the pleasure it gave him to do so , especially on this occasion , it being the twenty-first anniversary of hia Eoyal Highness ' s wedding day . A telegram was forwarded during the evening to Marlborough House from the W . M . and brethren , congratulating his Eoyal Highness on the happy recurrence , to which the following reply was received : —
