Binckes , there was no donbb thafc he had been a very

powerful lover iu the great Masonic body , and had fche welfare of the Institution afc heart . Bufc even if ono brother had failed , he asked was there any reason why they should withhold their support from fche Institution ? He was confident thafc iu spite of nil thafc had transpired the Masons of England would have faith in the

School and would do all in their power to promote the weltare of so noble an Institution . Bro . 0 . J . N . Eow , whose name was coupled with the toast , in fche course of his response , stated thafc the
