, of previous meeting wero read and confirmed . Lodge was opened in the second degree , Bro . Baker offered himself as a candidate for raisin " , was interrogated , and entrusted . Lodge was opened in the thirdj ' and the same brother was raised to tho sublime degree of Master Mason , the Worship fnl Master giving the traditional history . '

Bro . Horley was dnly elected W . M . for tho ensuing week , after which Lodge was olosed and adjourned . A ballot in connection with the Charity Association was then proceeded with , when tho same proved in favour of Bro . Perkins .

The Right Worshipful Sir Francis Burdett has kindly promised to visit the Royal Union Lodge of Instruction , J ™ . 882 , on Monday next . The members meet at the Chequers , Ux bridge , and on this occasion Lodge will be opened at 6 . 30 .
