A very substantial tea preceded tho ordinary business of the evening , which was commenced shortly before 7 p . m . After the confirmation of the minutes of the last regular meeting , and the balloting for as a joining member of Brother B . Steele , Brother Alfred de Botton AVorshipfal Master
addressed the usual questions to Brother Walter Marshall , who had expressed a desire to become a Master Mason . These being satisfactorily answered , Brother George Board , in his usual efficient manner , then raised bim to tbe sublime degree , presenting and explaining the working tools , and also delivering the charges . At
the festive board which followed , Brother Fisher Immediate Past Master and Brother Rideal Past Master , in trenchant terms , which they know so well how to command , praised the zeal which was"being displayed by tho young Officers of the Zion Lodee , and promised , in view of the fact that the establishment of an Instruction LoJge had
