The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed , after
whioh the W . M . rehearsed the | ceremony of advancement , assisted by the brethren . A resolution was passed agreeing to hold the firsfc annual Festival in connection with this Lodge of Instruction on Monday , the 29 th inst . The report of the Audit Committee was received and adopted . Bro . Pargeter was unanimously elected a member of the Lodge , which was then closed and adjourned until Monday , the 29 th inst ., at 6 . 30 p . m .

health of the children , his son now being his assistant tho House Committee thought it expedient to appoint an assistant Medical Officer .
