a letter of sympathy shonld bo addressed to Mrs . Frank Tayler . The minutes having been confirmed , Bro . Mount Brown raised Bro . Harry McClintock Harris to the sublime degree of a Master Mason , and immediately after that ceremony installed Bro . Charles Lamb W . M . elect into the Master's ohair , giving tho customary addresses in a manner that elicited the applause of tho brethren . The now

Nearly all the membera of this Lodgo are professional vocalists and instrumentalists , several being membera of Sir Charles Halle ' s orcheatra . The genial W . M . Bro . Oliver Gaggs ia a flutist , and has instituted an annual musical evening , a notification of which appeared on the circular with a request thafc all brethren wishing to take part

The brethren appeared in Craft clothing and jewels , white ties and white gloves , a dispensation having been granted by the Provincial Grand Maater , and they assembled afc the infants school in Lytham Road , and proceeded down Dean Street to
the church . The Rev . Chaplain of the Lodge , Bro . S . Y . B . Brad , ahaw P . M . 2349 and P . Prov . G . C . of East Lancashire and Northumberland , preached the aermon , whioh waa both | eloquent and suitable for the occasion . Bro . Bradshaw appealed for their sympathy on behalf of the Masonio Charities , and a collection was taken for suoh
Charities whioh amounted to £ 10 3 s 2 d . Bro . 0 . W . Fisher , Mas . Baa Cantab , P . M . 1476 and Provincial Grand Organist , presided afc the organ , and fche service was fully choral .
