After Provincial Grand Lodge had been regularly opened the Provincial Grand Master aud his Deputy were saluted . Ths minutes of the last meeting , held on the 12 th . July 1887 , were read and confirmed . The Prov . Grand Secretary then proceeded to call the roll of the Lodges ,
