3 rd . —By V . W . Brother Richard Eve P . G . Treasurer , Chairman of the Board of Management of the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys . That tho resolution of Grand Lodge of Wednesday , 1 st December 1852 , to the following effect : " That the sum of £ 500 be
paid out of the funds for General Purposes to be invested in the three first names of the trustees of the Building Fund of the Royal Masonio Institution for Boys , and of the Grand Treasurer for the time being , respectively for the purpose of providing a fund to be kept separate and distinct . . . .
to be applied exclusively for the purpose of upholding , repairing , & c , the intended new structure of the Royal Masonio Institntion for Boys , & c , & c , " be rescinded , and
that tbe Conncil of the Royal Masonio Institution for Boys be permitted to merge into the general invested capital of the Institution the said sum of £ 500 paid from the funds of Grand Lodge nnder such resolution .
