Provincial Senior Grand Warden of East Lancashire . He has taken very great interest in the Masonic Charities , and for four years has held the position of Chairman of the Provincial Charity Committee and of the East Lancashire

Systematic Masonic Educational and Benevolent Institution . At the annual meeting of the Provincial Charity Committee held on the 22 nd , Bro . Cheetham was unanimously re-elected Chairman . He was congratulated upon the Masonic honour that had been conferred upon him .
