He had very much pleasure in wishing prosperity to the Westbourne Lodge , remarks which were highly appreciated .

This was ably responded to by Bro . C . W . Dyer 1563 , who complimented the W . M . on his working . It was uo easy task to raise five Brethren , and to initiate three . Ho was pleased to say he had spent a very pleasant evening . Bros . Spencer West 2182 , R . Upton P . M . 1328 , and other visitors also responded in appropriate terms . Bro . Wortham W . Bro . Pridmore had been of great service to the Lodge , and other Worshi pful Masters had had the beuetit of his valuable services . No one had done more arduous work iu the duties of Secretary than Bro . Pridmore , and it was not right that he should go out of office without a vote of thanks .

Pridmore expressed his appreciation of the Brethren ' s mark of approval . The Rev . J . J . Davies Chaplain reminded the Brethren that a Service

After consulting with the Lord Mayor he had found that to hold it now would be impossible , and that it would be necessary to postpone it until September or October . At that time the Bishop of Marlborough would be able to preach , and the Lord Mayor would be in a position to be present . It would , therefore , he better to hold the Service then .

This concluded the business , and the Lodge was closed . The Brethren afterwards partook of an excellent banquet at the hotel , and honoured the usual toasts . Bro .
