The toast of the evening , the Worshipful Master , was proposed by the I . P . M .
Harold Gripper , who felt assured , from tho working displayed by his successor in the several olliees in the Lodgo which ho had so ably filled , that the work now before him wonld bo equally well done . M ., Marks S . W ., Lone J . W ., 0 . Lorkin acting Preceptor , Fenner acting Secretary , Ferrar S . D ., Ehodes J . D ., Manger I . G . ; also Bros . Payne , Langdale , & e . Lodge was opened with all formalities , and the minutes of
last meeting were read and confirmed . Bro . Payne , after the Lodge had been advanced , answered the usual questions leading to the third degree , and was entrusted . Lodge was opened in the third degree , and the ceremony of raising rehearsed , including the traditional history , Bro . Payne acting as candidate . Lodge was called off and on . Lodge was closed in tho third and second degrees . Bro .
Fenner worked the second section of the first lecture , being assisted by tho brethren . Bro . Marks was nnanimously elected VV . M . for next week . After which Lodge was closed , and adjourned .
