Frederick Striek , the chair was occupied by I . P . M . Bro . Thomas Peain . Routine business having been transacted , the S . W . Bro . F . S . Hodge was installed W . M . for the ensuing year .
The installation banquet was subsequently held at the Duke of Cornwall Hotel , the manageress , Miss Wellden , providing a capital spread , which was fully appreciated by the Brethren . The newly installed W . M . presided , being supported by his Officers . The S . W . Bro . H . W . Mayne submitted the W . M ., in felicitous terms ,
remarking that for mauy years in Lodge Sincerity they had looked back with respect and pride at the array of Masons who had passed through the chair .
