Thomas Robinson , who has ruled the Province for sixteen years ; and the resignation of the Provincial Grand Master for South Wales Bro . Sir Pryso Pryse , Bart ., who was appointed in 1881 , and to whom the thanks of Grand Lodge are duo for the zeal and ability with which ho discharged the duties of this important office . For the
