Nothino- is necessary to make this representative of money supply the place of
specie , but the credit of that Office or Company who delivers it ; which credit consists in its always being ready to turn it into specie whenever required . This is exactly the case of the bank of England ; the notes of this Company are of the same value as the current coin .
