obvious . The triangle in a circle with the Sun in the centre is a symbol of the eternity of God , who , like the perfect circle , has neither beginning nor end . And the four conjoined triangles point out the four principal
duties of a Mason , fraternal love ; conferring benefits ; believing nothing till it be clearly demonstrated ; and doing to others as you would have them do to you . From all this it will appear evident that even the Knights of the Sun were not solar devotees .
And it will be amply sufficient to show the i - eal value which Masons in general place on this significant emblem .
