Grand Master and the Officers of Provincial Grand Lodge , ' ? complimented the brethren of the lodge

for the manner in which they welcomed the Provincial Grand Lodge this year . Bro . Vivian , in responding , said he was proud of the collar conferred upon him , but still more proud of the good feeling which marked the meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge . The toast of "The W .
