The author of the circular in question omits to state that the Report , from which quotations are largely made , was issued in 1 S 74 , and that the grounds of complaint were then investigated and found to be non-existent . And That the excess of expenditure over receipts in 1 SS 6—not " this year "—was entirely due to Building extension . The Institution is not only not in a " state of Bankruptcy , " but its Funds are in as satisfactory a condition as at any time during its existence , while the extent and value of its property has been largely increased .
