This unique and interesting ceremony took place on Thursday , the 24 th ult ., at the Victoria Hotel , Blackpool , under the direction of III . Bro . Thos . Forrester , M . W . S ., the preliminary arrangements and the furnishing
of the chapter , which were most elaborate , had been carried out in a most perfect manner and left nothing to be de-sired . The Supreme Council in atlendance were 111 . Bros . Col . le Gendre N .
