The Duke ol Edinburgh arrived at Clarence lions * , from Germany , svhere he has been present at the sveddings of his daughter , the Princess Marie of Edinburgh , and his niece , the Princess Margaret of Prussia , on Sunday morning last , and has since resumed his ofliciil duties at Devonport .

The Annual Festival in aid of the funds of the Metropolitan I Hospital , Kingsland-road , N . E ., ts'ill be held at tbfc Hotel Metropole , on the ist May next , under the presidency of Bro . the Duke of Portland .
