M . bv the W . M . in a most
impressive manner , the traditional history and explanation of the tracing board and working tools being given by Bro . I . Wood . The whole of the ceremony was thoroughly well done by each officer who took part in it , and in a style that commended itself to the numerous visitors present , as was
evinced by the remarks made by them at the subsequent banquet . . Several important commumcat'ons were read by the Secretary , and the lodge , after receiving " Hearty good wishes " from the visiting brethren , was closed in ancient form and perfect harmony .

" Hearty good wishes" having been given , the lodge was closed in due form . The brethren then adjourned to the banqueting-room to supper , and on the removal of the cloth , the usual loyal , Masonic , and general toasts were given and duly acknowledged ; and in the course of the evening several songs were excellently rendered by the brethren present .
