Balfour ' at Balbirnie , Fifeshire . The deceased is the only officer who has died belonging to the Foot Guards during the Egyptian war . Lieut .-Col . Balfour was wounded in the knee , but died of blood poisoning , after the operation at his sister ' s

extensive and remunerative practice , and is a master of the native language . Bro . Broadley is a Past Master of Lodges 1 S 35 and 1717 , P . D . D . G . M . Malta , P . G . M . M . M . for 'Tunis and Malta , besides being a member and holding office in many of the higher Degrees . M . for 'Tunis and Malta , besides being a member and holding office in many of the higher Degrees . Thursday last , at the Guildhall , the Lord Mayor remarked that it would be the last occasion on which he should preside , and therefore he took the opportunity of thanking the members for the cordial support he had received from them on all occasions .
