M , at the Royal Concert Hall , on the iScli ult ., in aid of the funds of the Royal Masonic Institution for Girls , was equal in every lespect to its predecessors , is to say that it was in every
sense of the word a brilliant success . Ihe arrangements vvhich had been made for the comfort of the visitors were perfect , and , as a consequence , every one appeared to be in a happy frame of mind , vvhich , naturally , rendered easy the task of enjoying oneself . At one time there could not have been less than two hundred persons present , and the
scene during the execution oi any dance vvas , as may well be imagined , an extremely brilliant one . Some of the dresses worn by the ladies were very effective and beautiful , the prevailing tone being white . ' Almost the whole of the spacious building was decorated in one way or another , from the stage , where unlimited refreshments were served ,

Some of the dresses worn by the ladies were very effective and beautiful , the prevailing tone being white . ' Almost the whole of the spacious building was decorated in one way or another , from the stage , where unlimited refreshments were served ,
