This Telescope has been proved to show the flag at Windsor Castle from Hampstead Heath , a distance of twenty-one miles ; in addition to this , with each telescope is given an astronomical eye-piece , enabling the owner to examine the moon , Jupiter , with his satellites , and many other interesting phenomena ,- it has also a sun-glass , so that eclipses and solar spots may be viewed .
