some of the mysteries of his Craft to a Delilah . " At the time of his death he had held strictly to his vow for over 13 years .

The Albion Tavern , in Aldersgate-street , famous for its City banquets , has been entirely re-decorated . The ball-room on the second floor has been thoroughly cleansedand decorated , special attention having been devoted to the ceiling . On the first floor the rooms have been handsomely decorated in Pompeian style , which is certainly very effective . The general arrangements have been thoroughly overhauled , and made as complete as possible .
In order to remove any doubts that may exist as to the days of meeting of the Metropolitan Chapter of Improvement , we may state that the session commenced on Tuesday , the 17 th inst ., and that the meetings will be continued weekly on Tuesday , at the hour of 6 . 30 p . m . Any further information that may be needed can be obtained of Comp . F . Brown , S . E . and Preceptor .

The report was adopted .

He has secured a strong array of talent , both vocal and instrumental , and we doubt not there will be a large attendance to do honour to the occasion .

The general arrangements have been thoroughly overhauled , and made as complete as possible .

many distinctions which his merif . have secured for him .
