The Duke and Duchess of York have definitely promised to visit Leeds in the autumn , to open the new Medical Department building at the Yorkshire College . Their Royal Highnesses will be the guests of the Hon . Airs . Meynell-Ingram , at Temple Newsam .
Her Alajesty has commanded Sir Augustus Harris to give a representation of " Faust " at Windsor Castle . The perfoimance will probably take place in the Waterloo Chamber , abcut the end of next week , in the presence of hrr Alajesty and other members of the Royal Family .

of distinction to which he has attained . Dr . Cockburn served in the Crimea , and retired as a brigade surgeon in 1 SS 1 .
