Little by such a large majority was received with unbounded delight and enthusiasm , that event having taken place , on the same day as the lodge was held . One proposition for a joining member , and two for initiates , were given . F'ive guineas

were voted from lodge hinds to help the daughters ( who were in distress ) of a deceased member . The usual banquet was served under the superintendence of the Bros . Porter . Songs and recitations were given between the toasts . The members separated at an early hour .
