" Dear Sir and Brother , As a Life-Governor in a distant province , and a representative of the Albany Lodge , No . 151 , also a Life-Governor and annual subscriber of five guineas—the annual subscription being one-third accruing from the sum

of five shillings set apart from each member s subscription for the benefit of the Institutions ( Girls' , Boys ' , and Benevolent)—it is a great pleasure , on behalf of the lodge and myself , to convey , through the medium of the Freemason , our tribute of thanks to the House Committee for the timely " Provisional Contract " for the purchase of the
