Elections are held in January and July . Life Subscriptions—1 vote at each Election during life of Subscriber for every £ 5 5 s . Animal Subscrip tions—1 vote at each Election for every 10 s . 6 'd . . subscribed annually . Votes for one Election—Votes for a single Election may bo purchased at the rate of 4 for a guinea .
