JOHN HENRY SOUTHWOOD THE YOUNGER , DECEASED . Pursuant to the 29 th Section of the Act of Parliament of the 22 nd and 23 rd Victoria , chapter 35 , intituled " An Act to further amend the Lasv of Property and to relieve Trustees , " NOTICE is hereby given , that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of John Henry Southwood the younger , formerly of No . 27 , Jane-street , Commercial-road , in the Parish of Saint George-in-the-East , in the County of Middlesex , but late of No . | oS , Houndsditch , in the City of London , deceased ( who died on the 30 th day of November , 1 S 84 , and svhose will svas proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty ' s High Court of Justice on the 31 st day of December , 1 SS 4 , by John Henry Southsvood , the father of the said deceased , the sole executor therein named ) , are hereby required to send in svriting the full particulars of their claims or demands to us , the undersigned William Carpenter and Sons , the Solicitors to the said Executor , at our office , situate No . 5 , Laurence Pountneylane , in the City of London , on or before the 2 nd day of March , 1885 , after svhich day the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said John Henry Southsvood , deceased , amongst the parties entitled thereto , having regard only to the claims and demands of svhich he shall have then had notice , and that he svill not be liable for the assets , or any part thereof , so distributed . to any person of svhose claim or demand he shall have not had notice at the time of the distribution .
