Bro . Dr . James M . Austin , for very many years the highly esteemed Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of New York , we are pained to learn , died in New York city on Saturday la-t , December 3 rd , and his remains were interred with Masomc honours on Wednesday , thc 7 th inst , the Grand Master of New York , Bro . One of the features of the new building ( Leadenhall Market ) is the Half Moo-i Tavern , which stands at the Gracechurch-sireel end of the grand avenue , lt is one of the oldt-st established houses in the City , dating back for 200 years or more , and had a Masonic lodge attached to it at least a century ago .
