Henry Thomas Tanner , late Executive Engineer , Public works , India , who died very suddenly at Lahore , from thc rupture of a blood vessel , on the 23 rd December , 1 SS 1 , aged 40 , leaving a Widow and four young Children unprovided for . He was initiated into the Tower Hamlets Lodge , now Burgoyne ( No . 002 ) , in 1864 , and while in India nerved in the Lahore ( No . 7 S 2 ) and Umballa ( No . 563 ) Lodges ; he was VV . M . of the Murree Lodge ( No . 144 S ) , and Registrar of the District Grand Lodge of the Punjab in 1876 . At the time of his death he was Junior Grand Warden of the District Grand Lodge of the Punjab , and third Grand Principal of the District Grand Chapter of thc same province .
