great deeds of a neig hbouring province to my own so ably presided over by our president . I am glad to have next to me a most worthy magnate of a most illustrious province . To you London brethren we look up as if you were the head of our kingdom ; and our grand and illustrious kingdom , extending over the world , depends upon you for its Masonic procedure . on my left , who is one of the worthies of Yorkshire , is an illustrious man . He is the white rose of Yorkshire ; I am the red rose of Lancashire .
