Macnaughton , the Treasurer , of four jewels , consisting of the Mark , Royal Ark Mariners , Red Cross Knights , and the Royal Arch . Comp . Bradshaw , in making the
presentation , said there were few men in the province who had exhibited the zeal he had in Royal Arch Masonry . For years he had been Treasurer of their chapter , and they could not persuade him to take any higher post . Financial matters seemed to absorb his interest . No doubt this was attributable to his being a branch bank manager of the Commercial Bank of Scotland . He said that Mother Kilwinning , No . o , had more than once paid a high tribute to her faithful son , in a very substantial form . The chapter was then closed .

Denholme , M . E . Z . 6 9 . There was a large attendance of companions from the various chapters , as great interest was centred in the presentation to Comp .
