The favour of your Vote and Interest is earnestly solicited on behalf of JAMES HENRY GABALL , Aged Sixty Years , afflicted vvith Paralysis Agitans ( nine years ) , and has entirely lost the use of both hands , walking vvith great difficulty and in constant danger of falling ; unable to dress , feed , or help himself in any way ; now totally dependant upon the precarious earnings of his wife by letting apartments in a small house in Worthing .
