Alfred Procter , tbe J . W . presenting the working tools , and the charge being ably and impressively given by the W . M . Bro . F . A . Camidge was then passed to the F . C . Degree by the W . M ., the J . W . presenting the working tools . The Secretary afterwards directed the attention of the lodge to a communication received at a previous lodge from the York Lodge , No . 197 , New York City , which ran as follows :
