I he Lady Mayoress s reception on I uesday was more fully attended than usual , the cause being the first reception since the Grand Junior Warden became Sir John Ellis , the company hurrying to convey their warmest congratulations to the Lord Mayor on the distinguished honour conferred upon him by Her Majesty . Barron has just been elected Renter Warden of the Worshipful Company of Armourers and Braziers , and is not a Past Master of that Company .
