"The Health of the Chairman " was proposed by Bro . the Rev . H . R . Cooi'ER S MITH , D . D ., P . G . Chaplain , and Vice-Patron of the Institution , who referred to the love and esteem in which the Chairman was held ; especially in Hampshire . He had presided over that province for more than 30 years , and they had seen how loyally Hampshire Masons had supported their Grand Master on this occasion .

The toast was enthusiastically honoured , and was briefly responded to in suitable terms by the Chairman . The toast of " The Other Masonic Charities " was proposed b y Bro . H . BEVIR , P . A . G . D . C , Vice-President of the Institution , and Chairman " of the Board of Management , coupling with it the name of Bro . lames Terry . J

Bro . JAMES TERRY , P . G . S . B ., Vice-Patron of the School , and Secretary of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution , congratulated the brethren ori the splendid results they had achieved . They had contributed £ 26 , 000 to the Girls' School , £ 25 , 000 to the Old People , and £ 23 , 000 to the Boys ' School , or £ 74 , 000 in all , in the course of only five months .

"The Health of the Stewards of the Day" was proposed by Bro . Col . DAVIS , P . G . M . Surrey , and responded to by Bro . EDGAR GOIILE , P . G . S . B ., D . I- . G . M . Hants and the Isle of Wi ght , President of the Board of Stewards .

"The Health of the Chairman " was proposed by Bro . the Rev . H . R . Cooi'ER S MITH , D . D ., P . G . Chaplain , and Vice-Patron of the Institution , who referred to the love and esteem in which the Chairman was held ; especially in Hampshire . He had presided over that province for more than 30 years , and they had seen how loyally Hampshire Masons had supported their Grand Master on this occasion .

The toast was enthusiastically honoured , and was briefly responded to in suitable terms by the Chairman . The toast of " The Other Masonic Charities " was proposed b y Bro . H . BEVIR , P . A . G . D . C , Vice-President of the Institution , and Chairman " of the Board of Management , coupling with it the name of Bro . lames Terry . J

Bro . JAMES TERRY , P . G . S . B ., Vice-Patron of the School , and Secretary of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution , congratulated the brethren ori the splendid results they had achieved . They had contributed £ 26 , 000 to the Girls' School , £ 25 , 000 to the Old People , and £ 23 , 000 to the Boys ' School , or £ 74 , 000 in all , in the course of only five months .

"The Health of the Stewards of the Day" was proposed by Bro . Col . DAVIS , P . G . M . Surrey , and responded to by Bro . EDGAR GOIILE , P . G . S . B ., D . I- . G . M . Hants and the Isle of Wi ght , President of the Board of Stewards .

The concluding toast , that of "The Ladies , " was proposed-b y Bro .. JAMES STEPHENS , P . D . G . D . C , Patron of the Institution , and acting Vice-President of the Board ; Bro . Commander H . G . GILES , R . N ., Prov . G . Sec . Hants and the Isle of Wight , responding on behalf of the ladies .
