The foregoing petitions being regular , the Committee recommended that the prayers thereof be respectively granted . The Committee have also received a memorial with extracts of minutes , for permission to remove the following chapter . The Wiltshire Chapter , No . 355 , from the Masonic Hall , to the New Masonic Hall , Swindon . The Committee having satisfied themselves of the reasonableness of this request , recommend that the removal of this chapter be sanctioned .

The Committee further recommend that inasmuch as the Friendly Chapter , No . 3 S 3 , Jamaica , has made no return since 18 74 , and a report having been received that there are no Principals or members existing , the chapter be erased from the Roli of Chapters .

Consecration Of The Windsor Castle Mark Lodge, No. 519.

CONSECRATION OF THE WINDSOR CASTLE MARK LODGE , No . 519 .

The M . W . the Grand Mark Master , H . R . H . the Prince of Wales , K . G ., & c , having approved of a new lodge of Mark Master Masons at Windsor , to be called the Windsor Castle Lodge , No . 519 , and having issued a warrant for the same , the consecration of the lodge took place on Monday , the 24 th inst ., at the Masonic Hall , Windsor .

The foregoing petitions being regular , the Committee recommended that the prayers thereof be respectively granted . The Committee have also received a memorial with extracts of minutes , for permission to remove the following chapter . The Wiltshire Chapter , No . 355 , from the Masonic Hall , to the New Masonic Hall , Swindon . The Committee having satisfied themselves of the reasonableness of this request , recommend that the removal of this chapter be sanctioned .

The Committee further recommend that inasmuch as the Friendly Chapter , No . 3 S 3 , Jamaica , has made no return since 18 74 , and a report having been received that there are no Principals or members existing , the chapter be erased from the Roli of Chapters .

Consecration Of The Windsor Castle Mark Lodge, No. 519.

CONSECRATION OF THE WINDSOR CASTLE MARK LODGE , No . 519 .

The M . W . the Grand Mark Master , H . R . H . the Prince of Wales , K . G ., & c , having approved of a new lodge of Mark Master Masons at Windsor , to be called the Windsor Castle Lodge , No . 519 , and having issued a warrant for the same , the consecration of the lodge took place on Monday , the 24 th inst ., at the Masonic Hall , Windsor .

The ceremony was performed by the Prov . G . M ., Bro . the Right Hon . Arthur Viscount Valentia , M . P ., P . G . W ., and shortly before half-past three—the time fixed for the function—a distinguished gathering of Mark Masons from the Province of Berks and Oxon and adjoining provinces assembled , including , in addition to the Consecra ' . ing Officers , the following brethren :
