Reports Of Masonic Meetings.

SHIPLEY GATE . — Mundy Grove Lodge ( No . 506 ) . —The ceremony of installing Bro . M . E . Wild as W . M . of this old and esteemed lodge took place at the new Masonic Hall on the 18 th inst ., when one of the most successful meetings was held , no less than 35 P . M . ' s being present , amongst whom were 25 provincial officers , including the Mayors of Derby and Ilkeston and several

provincial officers from Nottinghamshire . The ceremony was very efficiently and impressively performed by Bro . A . P . Bates , the retiring W . M ., and well merited the hearty applause of the brethren . The W . M . then appointed his officers . The lodge was closed , and the brethren , to the number of 66 , adjourned to one of those sumptuous banquets this

lodge is so well famed for . The toast of " The Visitors " was responded to by Bros . E . R . Ward , P . S . G . W . Notts ; R . Knowles , P . M . 1028 , and P . S . G . D . Derbyshire ; and W . Wade , P . M . 1179 , and P . P . G . S . B . ( Mayor of Ilkeston ) . During the evening the proceedings were greatly eni vened by various songs and recitations .

Bros . Melrose and Foreman sang several songs and duets very effectively ; but the great hit of the evening was Bro . Edgar Horn , who brought down a regular storm of applause . A number of the brethren having to leave early by train , the proceedings terminated about 10 o ' clock , thus closing a most enjoyable and successful evening .

VENTNOJR . —Yarborough Lodge ( No . 551 ) . — The installation of Bro . Frederick P . Ansle , as W . M . of this lodge took place on Tuesday , the iSth inst ., when owing to the deserved popularity of the Master elect , a great number of brethren from all parts of the Island , and even visitors from the mainland , were present . The ceremony of installation was performed by Bro . Scott , P . M ., P . P . G . D .,

in a most impressive manner . The W . M . then invested his officers for the year as follows : Bros . F . Trueman , S . W . ; John S . Ineson , J , W . ; J . J . Webber , P . M ., Treas . ; E . A . Swane , Sec ; F . H . Sheppard , S . D . ; W . Drake Bidgood , J . D . ; M . Hibbad , D . C . ; Rev . J . H . Elwyn , Chap . ; Rev . J . A . Alloway , P . M ., P . P . G . C , Org . ; W . C . Norman , l . G . ; S . Tuttenham and W . J . Wetherick

Stwds . ; and Charles Small , Tyler . A vote of thanks having been passed to the Installing Master and the I . P . M ., the W . M . uncovered a very handsome new banner , which had been presented to the lodge by three of the brethren , and most artistically painted and worked by Mrs . Cole Norman . On the proposition of the W . M ., seconded by the S . W ., and carried unanimously , a

hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mrs . Norman . It deserves to be noticed that the newly-installed W . M . initiated Bro . Woodman at the conclusion of the ceremony of placing him in the chair of King Solomon , in a manner which elicited the warmest comments from several distinguished Masons who were present . The lodge cannot fail to do well with such an able and energetic Master to

preside over it . The brethren afterwards adjourned to Cass ' s Hotel , where an excellent banquet was served in the style for which this old established hostelry is famous . Grace having been said at the conclusion of dinner , the W . M . proposed the toast of "The Queen and the Craft " in a very felicitous speech , remarking that her Majesty had

always taken a deep interest in Masonic matters . In proposing the next toast , that of "The M . W . G . M ., " the W . M . made the following happy quotation : "He is complete in feature and in mind ; with all good grace to grace a gentleman . " The toast of " The M . W . Pro G . M . and the G . Officers , Present and Past , " was proposed by Bro . F . Topham Jones , P . M ., P . G . S .

Bro . J . Webber , P . M ., proposed the toast of "The R . W . the Prov . G . M . of Hants and the Isle of Wight , and the rest of the Prov . G . Officers , Present and Past , " which was responded to by Bros . G . A . Mursell , P . M ., P . P G . D ., and F . Topham Jones , P . G . S . The toast of " The Charities" having been proposed by Bro . G . A . Alloway , P . M ., P . P . G . Chap ., a collection was

made , and the sum of £ 3 8 s . 6 d . was handed to the Treasurer . Bro . Mursell , whose zeal in behalf of the Charities is well known all over the province , made some earnest and eloquent observations on the necessity of Masons ever remembering this most important object of their Society . Bro . Scott , in proposing "The Health of the W . M ., "

dwelt upon his many excellent qualities , and earnestly wished him a happy and pleasant year of office . The way in which the toast was received certainly testified to the great popularity of Bro . Ansle with the brethren of his lodge . The W . M . returned thanks in a very graceful and modest speech , remarking that he had no fears for the

future , inasmuch as he was supported by such an excellent set of officers . The toast of "The I . P . M . " was proposed from the chair in very feeling terms , the W . M . observing that Bro . Clough had endeared himself to them all by his gentle and courteous demeanour . No brother had received reproof or harsh word from him . They all deplored the affliction which had

overtaken him , and they hoped earnestly for his speedy restoration to health . Bro . Ineson proposed "The Visitors . " The toast was responded to by Bros . Walker , P . M . of the Southampton Lodge ; Greenham , P . M . of the Chine Lodge , P . P . G . D . ; and Mark Linfield , P . M ., formerly an

old and valued member of the Yarborough Lodge , and who had helped to resuscitate it , and to whom much is due for its present prosperity . Other toasts usually given at Masonic gatherings were then duly honoured , and the brethren dispersed , after having spent a very pleasant evening .

OPENSHAW . — Faith Lodge ( No . 58 O . —This being the regular night of meeting and the annual festival of St . John , the brethren assembled at the Church Inn , on the 19 th instant . Almost punctual to time , Bro . J . Rathbone , W . M ., was in his place

Rathbone , by Bro . Greenup , P . M ., and was in a properly constituted Board of Installed Masters placed in the chair of K . S . according to ancient custom .

Bro . Richardson , P . M ., P . P . S . G . D . East Lanes ., on behalf of the W . M ., invested Bro . Rathbone as I . P . M . in his usually impressive mannei . The duty of investing the officers was done by Bro . J . W . Johnson , P . M ., who performed the work in a manner which gave general satisfaction , as follows : —Bros . J . H . Keighley , S . W . ; J . Wainwright , J . W . ; W . Goss , Treas .

( re-elected ) , J . M . Frost , P . M ., Sec ; 1 . Greenup , P . M ., D . C . ; S . Whittaker , S . D . ; G . H . Barnes , J . D . ; Antonie , Org . ; J . W . Aspinall , l . G . ; Sutcliffe and Brown , Stwds . ; and Dawson , P . M ., Tyler ( re-elected ) . The addresses to the W . M . and the S . and J . W . ' s were given in an efficient manner by Bro . Greenup , P . M ., and the address to the brethren by Bro . Rathbone , I . P . M .. in

his impressive style and sonorous voice , being listened to with marked attention and highly appreciated . " Hearty good wifhes " having been given , and gentlemen proposed for initiation at the next meeting , the lodge was closed . The brethren then sat down to I he annual banquet which had been provided for them , and to which ample justice

was done . The W . M ,, Bro . Kay , in proposing "The Queen , " said that Freemasons were second to none in their loyalty to the Throne and to her Most Gracious Majesty the Queen , and it was a toast which was always received by the brethren with the greatest enthusiasm . They had a Queen who was in her person the embodiment of every virtue . She was a

Patroness and lover of their noble Order , and he asked the brethren to heartily drink with him long life and happiness to the Queen . The toast was responded to most loyally , and the National Anthem sung by the musical brethren . The Worshipful Master gave the toast of " The Princess of Wales and the rest of the Royal Family " in a short

and appropriate speech , which was duly acknowledged ; and in proposing " The Health of H . R . H . the Prince of Wales , M . W . G . M ., " he remarked that he was the heir to an Empire greater than the world had ever known , which was a grand position , but it was a grander position to be the head of a fraternity which was ^ world-wide and extended back into the mists of antiquity—an Order which had inscribed

on its banners the grand sentence of Brotherly Love , Relief , and Truth . The toast was drunk with full Masonic honours . The next toast , that of" Bro . Col . Le Gendre N . Starkie and his Deputy , Bro . G . Mellor , " was coupled with the name of Bro . Arensberg , P . M . 1161 , P . P . G . P ., who replied for them , and for "The Provincial Grand Officers , Present

and Past . " The next toast , that of " The Installing Master , " was given by Bro . Greenup , P . M ., and heartily received . Bro . Rathbone , I . P . M ., in acknowledging the toast , said he thanked the brethren for the kind manner in which the toast had been given and received , and said it was a labour of love for him to do everything he could for the Lodge ol

Faith , and if he had satisfied the brethren he was amply repaid . The . toast of the evening , that of "The Health of the W . M ., " was given by Bro . Greenup , P . M ., D . of C , who said that he had known Bro . Kay , W . M ., nearly all his life , and that he had ever found him to be a good man and true one , whom they could delight to honour , who would

be an honour to the lodge and a credit to all connected with him . The toast was most enthusiastically received . The W . M ., Bro . Kay , responded in feeling terms , He said that Bro . Greenup , P . M ., had proposed and initiated him in that lodge , that he was proud to be in the position to which they ( the brethren ) had elected and installed him , and he assured them that he would do nothing to destroy

the trust they had reposed in him . They might depend upon him to do all he could for Masonry in general , and the Lodge of Faith in particular . The W . M . also alluded to Bro . Greenup , P . M ., in high terms of praise . The toast of " The Visiting Brethren " was given by Bro . Wright , P . M ., and , having been heartily received , was esponded to by Bros . Arensberg , P . M ., P . P . G . P . East Lancashire , and S . A . Andrews , W . M . 2685 an ( l P . M .

1011 . The other toasts followed . Songs and music enlivened the evening between the speeches , this part of the programme being ably carried out by Bros . Batchelor , P . M . ; Hollins , P . M . ; Buckley ,

Carr , Antonie , and Aspinall . A very happy evening having been spent , the brethren separated . It may be stated that the lodge is in a flourishing condition , there being a considerable sum in the Treasurer ' s hands .

CROSTON . —Hesketh Lodge ( No . 986 ) . —The installation meeting of this lodge took place at the Grapes Inn , on the 17 th inst . The members present included Bros . T . Bailden , W . M . ; W . J . Melling , P . M . ; T . Whittle , P . M ., Treas . ; J . S . Warburton , P . M ., Assistant Secretary ; J . Ashcroft , P . M . ; H . Catterall , P . M ., P . P . G . R ., Secretary ; 7 . Ashton , S . W . ; 7 . Bowling , 7 . W . ; Dr . A . T . H . Kerr ,

S . D . ; W . Bretherton , J . D . ; C . Taylor and J . Singleton , Stewards ; A . MiUes , Q . Houlden , and J . Hale ( Tyler ) . Amongst the visitors present were Bros . A . Beattie , P . The lodge opened at 2 o ' clock , p . m ., and the minutes of the

previous meeting having been read and confirmed , the installation ceremony was proceeded with . Bro . J . Ashton , W . M . elect , having been presented , was duly installed into the chair of K . S . by Bro . W . J . Melling P . M ., in an able and eloquent manner . After the newlyinstalled Master had been duly proclaimed and saluted , and after the usual orations had been delivered , Bro ,

very able manner in which he had conducted the business of the lodge during the last 12 months . Bro . Bailden having returned thanks , the lodge was closed . The brethren and their guests adjourned to another room , where dinner was served , and when full justice had been done to the spread so well put on by the host , Bro . Sumner , the toast list was proceeded with , the W . M . proposing

"TheOueen . " " The Prince of Wales , " " The Grand Lodge Officers , " and " The Prov . Grand Lodge Officers , Present and Past , " were heartily drunk and responded to . Bro . Melling , P . M ., next proposed "The Health of the W . M ., " and in doing so referred to Bro . Ashton as an old and tried Mason , who had worked hard for Masonry and

the prosperity of the Hesketh Lodge . Bro . Ashton having suitably replied , he next gave " The Installing Master , " of whom he said there was a consensus of opinion amongst all who bad the pleasure of hearing Bro . Melling go through the ceremony that evening that it would be impossible to excel , and few to equal , him . "The Past Masters of the Lodge" was proposed by

Bro . J . Bowling , S . W ., in a humorous speech , and responded to by Bros . Whittle , Catterall , and Ashcroft , P . M . 's . The next toast , that of "The Visiting Brethren , " was proposed in a truly hospitable manner by Bro . J . S . Warburton , P . M ., and , as usual at the Hesketh Lodge , was drunk with enthusiasm .

Bro . Beattie , P . M ., and all the other visitors severally responded . "The Masonic Charities" was proposed by Bro . Dr . Kerr , who , in doing so , insisted upon the necessity of all Masons exercising self-denial , in order that they might individually , as well as collectively , help on those grand

Masonic Institutions . He also Suggested the advisability of holding once a year in certain centres Masonic reunions , to which all Masons should be invited . During the evening several songs were well sung by the brethren , and were thoroughly enjoyed . The Tyler ' s toast brought a most enjoyable evening to a close .

HAMPTON WICK . — Wolsey Lodge ( No . 1656 ) . —This prosperous provincial lodge met at the Rose and Crown Hotel on the 10 th inst ., when there were present , among others , Bros . T . C . Walls , P . G . W ., W . M . ; Drummond , S . W . ; E . Dare , J . W . ; Featherstone , P . P . G . P ., P . M ., Treas . ; W . T . Peat , Sec ; Sapsworth , S . D . ; Grant , J . D . ; Bond , l . G . ; F . Chandler . P . A . G .

Purst ., I . P . M . ; Gilbert , Tyler ; and others . Bros . J . T . Briggs , P . M . 1503 , P . P . S . G . D ., and W . Spearing , P . M . 1512 , were visitors . The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed , after which the ballot was taken for Bro , Hight as a joining member , and it proved to be unanimous . The ballot was also taken for Mr . Grover , and , it proving tobe unanimous , he was duly inducted into Craft mysteries .

Upon the motion of Bro . F . Chandler , I . P . M ., it was unanimously resolved , " That in future the lodge shall meet on the second Monday in the months of April , June , September , and October , instead of the second Monday in February , March , November , and December . The installation to take place in June . " Letters pleading inability to attend were received from Bros . T . W . Ockenden , P . M ., P . P . G . D . ; Page , P . M .,

Org . ; and R . H . Thrupp , D . P . G . M . ( Hon . Member ); and others . The lodge was then closed , and the brethren adjourned to the dinner , which was well served by Bro . Plumbock . The customary toasts were honoured , and a most agreeable evening spent , thanks to the instrumental and vocal abilities of Bros . Peat , Grant , Suggett , Smith , and others .

JUSTICE LODGE ( No . 147 ) . —A meeting was held on Thursday , the 20 th inst ., at the Brown Bear , High-street , Deptford , when there were present Bros . Leng , W . M . ; Penrose , S . W . ; Faulkner , J . W . ; Speight , P . M ., Sec . ; Dandridge , S . D . ; Morgan , J . D . ; Turpin , l . G . ; Prior , Dealer , and Wilson . The lodge was opened in the First Degree , and the minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed . The usual questions

leading to the Third Degree were well answered by Bro . Dealer . The lodge was opened in the Third Degree , and the ceremony of raising rehearsed , including the traditional history . The lodge was closed down to the First Degree . Bro . Penrose , S . W ., was elected W . M . for the second Thursday in January , and appointed the officers in rotation . The Audit Committee was then appointed , and all business being ended , the lodge was closed .

RANELAGH LODGE ( No . 834 ) . —A meeting was held on the 31 st inst ., at the Six Bells Hotel , Oueen-street , Hammersmith . Present : Bros . E . Lucas , W . M . ; J . Tl . Cummings , P . M ., S . W . ; F . Craggs , J . W . ; James Sims , P . M ., Preceptor ; R . H . Williams , P . M ., P . P . 'j . G . D . Middlesex , S . D . ; J . G . Doncaster , J . D . ; A . Williams , l . G . ; D . Stroud , and others . The lodge was opened , and the minutes were read and confirmed .

The lodge was opened and closed in the Second and Third Degrees , and several sections of the lectures were worked by the Preceptor ,. assisted by the brethren . The ceremony of initiation was rehearsed . Bro . Cummings was elected W . M . for the next meeting . A vote of thanks was passed to the W . M ., Bro . Edwin l . ucas , for his excellent working o £ the duties of the chair for the first time in this lodge . " Hearty good wishes "in accordance with this festive Season were given , and the lodge was closed .

EMBLEMATIC LODGE ( No . 1321 ) . —This lodge held its usual weekly meeting on Tuesday , the 18 th inst ., at the Red Lion , York-street , St . James ' s-square , when there were present Bros . Dusterwald , W . M . ; W . 13 . Fendick , S . W . ; W . J . Forscutt , J . W . ; W . Brindlcy , P . M ., Preceptor ; G . F . Swan , P . M ., Sec . ; Evenden , S . D . ; Graham , J . D . ; F . M . Corby having offered himself as a candidate to be raised to ths Third Degree , answered the usual questions in a satisfactory manner , and was entrusted . M . uncovered a very handsome new banner , which had been presented to the lodge by three of the brethren , and most artistically painted and worked by Mrs . Cole Norman . On the proposition of the W . M ., seconded by the S . W ., and carried unanimously , a

hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mrs . Norman . It deserves to be noticed that the newly-installed W . M . initiated Bro . Woodman at the conclusion of the ceremony of placing him in the chair of King Solomon , in a manner which elicited the warmest comments from several distinguished Masons who were present . The lodge cannot fail to do well with such an able and energetic Master to

preside over it . The brethren afterwards adjourned to Cass ' s Hotel , where an excellent banquet was served in the style for which this old established hostelry is famous . Grace having been said at the conclusion of dinner , the W . M . proposed the toast of "The Queen and the Craft " in a very felicitous speech , remarking that her Majesty had

always taken a deep interest in Masonic matters . In proposing the next toast , that of "The M . W . G . M ., " the W . M . made the following happy quotation : "He is complete in feature and in mind ; with all good grace to grace a gentleman . " The toast of " The M . W . Pro G . M . and the G . Officers , Present and Past , " was proposed by Bro . F . Topham Jones , P . M ., P . G . S .

Bro . J . Webber , P . M ., proposed the toast of "The R . W . the Prov . G . M . of Hants and the Isle of Wight , and the rest of the Prov . G . Officers , Present and Past , " which was responded to by Bros . G . A . Mursell , P . M ., P . P G . D ., and F . Topham Jones , P . G . S . The toast of " The Charities" having been proposed by Bro . G . A . Alloway , P . M ., P . P . G . Chap ., a collection was

made , and the sum of £ 3 8 s . 6 d . was handed to the Treasurer . Bro . Mursell , whose zeal in behalf of the Charities is well known all over the province , made some earnest and eloquent observations on the necessity of Masons ever remembering this most important object of their Society . Bro . Scott , in proposing "The Health of the W . M ., "

dwelt upon his many excellent qualities , and earnestly wished him a happy and pleasant year of office . The way in which the toast was received certainly testified to the great popularity of Bro . Ansle with the brethren of his lodge . The W . M . returned thanks in a very graceful and modest speech , remarking that he had no fears for the

future , inasmuch as he was supported by such an excellent set of officers . The toast of "The I . P . M . " was proposed from the chair in very feeling terms , the W . M . observing that Bro . Clough had endeared himself to them all by his gentle and courteous demeanour . No brother had received reproof or harsh word from him . They all deplored the affliction which had

overtaken him , and they hoped earnestly for his speedy restoration to health . Bro . Ineson proposed "The Visitors . " The toast was responded to by Bros . Walker , P . M . of the Southampton Lodge ; Greenham , P . M . of the Chine Lodge , P . P . G . D . ; and Mark Linfield , P . M ., formerly an

old and valued member of the Yarborough Lodge , and who had helped to resuscitate it , and to whom much is due for its present prosperity . Other toasts usually given at Masonic gatherings were then duly honoured , and the brethren dispersed , after having spent a very pleasant evening .

" Hearty good wifhes " having been given , and gentlemen proposed for initiation at the next meeting , the lodge was closed . The brethren then sat down to I he annual banquet which had been provided for them , and to which ample justice

was done . The W . M ,, Bro . Kay , in proposing "The Queen , " said that Freemasons were second to none in their loyalty to the Throne and to her Most Gracious Majesty the Queen , and it was a toast which was always received by the brethren with the greatest enthusiasm . They had a Queen who was in her person the embodiment of every virtue . She was a

Patroness and lover of their noble Order , and he asked the brethren to heartily drink with him long life and happiness to the Queen . The toast was responded to most loyally , and the National Anthem sung by the musical brethren . The Worshipful Master gave the toast of " The Princess of Wales and the rest of the Royal Family " in a short

and appropriate speech , which was duly acknowledged ; and in proposing " The Health of H . R . H . the Prince of Wales , M . W . G . M ., " he remarked that he was the heir to an Empire greater than the world had ever known , which was a grand position , but it was a grander position to be the head of a fraternity which was ^ world-wide and extended back into the mists of antiquity—an Order which had inscribed

on its banners the grand sentence of Brotherly Love , Relief , and Truth . The toast was drunk with full Masonic honours . The next toast , that of" Bro . Col . Le Gendre N . Starkie and his Deputy , Bro . G . Mellor , " was coupled with the name of Bro . Arensberg , P . M . 1161 , P . P . G . P ., who replied for them , and for "The Provincial Grand Officers , Present

and Past . " The next toast , that of " The Installing Master , " was given by Bro . Greenup , P . M ., and heartily received . Bro . Rathbone , I . P . M ., in acknowledging the toast , said he thanked the brethren for the kind manner in which the toast had been given and received , and said it was a labour of love for him to do everything he could for the Lodge ol

Faith , and if he had satisfied the brethren he was amply repaid . The . toast of the evening , that of "The Health of the W . M ., " was given by Bro . Greenup , P . M ., D . of C , who said that he had known Bro . Kay , W . M ., nearly all his life , and that he had ever found him to be a good man and true one , whom they could delight to honour , who would

be an honour to the lodge and a credit to all connected with him . The toast was most enthusiastically received . The W . M ., Bro . Kay , responded in feeling terms , He said that Bro . Greenup , P . M ., had proposed and initiated him in that lodge , that he was proud to be in the position to which they ( the brethren ) had elected and installed him , and he assured them that he would do nothing to destroy

the trust they had reposed in him . They might depend upon him to do all he could for Masonry in general , and the Lodge of Faith in particular . The W . M . also alluded to Bro . Greenup , P . M ., in high terms of praise . The toast of " The Visiting Brethren " was given by Bro . Wright , P . M ., and , having been heartily received , was esponded to by Bros . Arensberg , P . M ., P . P . Ashton having suitably replied , he next gave " The Installing Master , " of whom he said there was a consensus of opinion amongst all who bad the pleasure of hearing Bro . Melling go through the ceremony that evening that it would be impossible to excel , and few to equal , him . "The Past Masters of the Lodge" was proposed by

Bro . J . Bowling , S . W ., in a humorous speech , and responded to by Bros . Whittle , Catterall , and Ashcroft , P . M . 's . The next toast , that of "The Visiting Brethren , " was proposed in a truly hospitable manner by Bro . J . S . Warburton , P . M ., and , as usual at the Hesketh Lodge , was drunk with enthusiasm .

Bro . Beattie , P . M ., and all the other visitors severally responded . "The Masonic Charities" was proposed by Bro . Dr . Kerr , who , in doing so , insisted upon the necessity of all Masons exercising self-denial , in order that they might individually , as well as collectively , help on those grand

Masonic Institutions . He also Suggested the advisability of holding once a year in certain centres Masonic reunions , to which all Masons should be invited . During the evening several songs were well sung by the brethren , and were thoroughly enjoyed . The Tyler ' s toast brought a most enjoyable evening to a close .

HAMPTON WICK . — Wolsey Lodge ( No . 1656 ) . —This prosperous provincial lodge met at the Rose and Crown Hotel on the 10 th inst ., when there were present , among others , Bros . T . C . Walls , P . G . W ., W . M . ; Drummond , S . W . ; E . Dare , J . W . ; Featherstone , P . P . G . P ., P . M ., Treas . ; W . T . Peat , Sec ; Sapsworth , S . D . ; Grant , J . D . ; Bond , l . Purst ., I . P . M . ; Gilbert , Tyler ; and others . Bros . J . T . Briggs , P . M . 1503 , P . P . S . G . D ., and W . Spearing , P . M . 1512 , were visitors . The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed , after which the ballot was taken for Bro , Hight as a joining member , and it proved to be unanimous . The ballot was also taken for Mr . Grover , and , it proving tobe unanimous , he was duly inducted into Craft mysteries .

Upon the motion of Bro . F . Chandler , I . P . M ., it was unanimously resolved , " That in future the lodge shall meet on the second Monday in the months of April , June , September , and October , instead of the second Monday in February , March , November , and December .
