THE BOARD OF GENERAL PURPOSES .
THE brethren are reminded that the Board of General Purposes for the ensuing year , will have to be elected at the meeting of the Grand Lodge on Wednesday next , the 6 th inst . The Board have great and important duties to perforin , and the utmost care should therefore be exercised in the selection of its members , that none but those who are able to devote their time to those dutiesshould become members of it .
In-, deed , we do not know that the brethren can do better than re-elect the present members—making only such alteration as may become necessary from a known non-attention to the duties , or the wish of a brother to retire from the board .
