John the Evangelist was held at the Crescent Hotel , on Thursday , the 10 th ult . The meeting was one of unusual interest , as the lodge was established twelve months ago , under the auspices of Bro . John Millward , W . M ., who , in his eightieth year , is the

oldest freemason in the Province ; and tbe lodge is indebted largely for its present efficiency aud success to the zeal and regularity with which he has performed the duties of his office .
